Joe currently serves as Founder of WorkDone.AI, an innovative Corporate Memory and Workflow Automation platform. WorkDone.AI arose from Joe’s decades of consulting experience helping large multinational clients manage enterprise content, streamline business processes, and ensure compliance. The company’s patent-pending Expertise Capture technology enables organizations to seamlessly automate transactions between major SaaS platforms while permanently retaining operational best practices in a customizable corporate memory.

Joe also chairs RGB Projects Inc., an IBM business partner and Enterprise Content Management and Business Process Management consultancy founded in 2005. Through RGB, Joe provides software development and resources to the IBM ECM community including customers, resellers, and integrators.

Gary is an IT veteran with over 25 years of experience in systems analysis, design, integration, and operations for large enterprises and government agencies. His specialty is document management, business process automation, and workflow orchestration focused on re-engineering processes and change management. Gary takes an inclusive team approach to provide guidance, architecture, and strategic consulting to management, process owners, technical staff, and vendors.
